PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Saleh & Hegab formerly Sabbour Associates is the general consultant for the National Bank of Egypt, one of the main four state owned Egyptian Bank.  In this capacity, Saleh & Hegab is responsible for the following:

–     Planning, design, interior decoration and preparation of tender documents of all the bank branches, offices, warehouses and buildings.

–     Construction supervision of all designed works.

–     Review, evaluation and technical recommendation to all loan applications submitted to the bank by its clients.

 

LOCATION                                Gumhorya St., Cairo

CLIENT                                      Central Bank of Egypt

FIRM’S RESPONSIBILITIES       Project Management, Review all design, redesign for HVAC, Power & lighting & Construction supervision.

The building consists of 11   floors, in addition to 3 underground floors allocated for:

• First underground floor: Bank safes.
• Second underground floor: Car parking garage
• Third underground floor: for Bank clients

10 floors accommodate the bank departments. They are furnished as “work stations” for the employees (baring telephones, computers, lighting, etc.)

The fifth floor contains the offices of the Chairman, Vice Chairman & a conference hall.

Electro-mechanical systems included:

• Computer network
• Telephone network
  • Fire alarm system & fire fighting system
  • Conference system at meeting rooms & conference hall
  • Central TV system
  • Video system at training rooms
  • TV surveyance & control system
  • Standby generation system
  • HVAC Central system
